An experienced Commercial Electrician is sought to support ongoing and upcoming commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate possesses substantial hands-on experience with conduit installation, wire pulling, terminations and cable tray.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, bend, and secure EMT/Rigid conduit (overhead and in-wall) according to plans and NEC requirements.
* Measure, cut, thread, and bend conduit using hand and power tools.
* Pull, route, and terminate wire in conduit, junction boxes, panels, and devices.
* Perform rough-in work in walls and ceilings using MC cable and conduit , including boxes, supports, and bracing.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics .
* Install and mount electrical boxes, panels, switches, receptacles, lighting, and other devices.
* Ensure all installations meet NEC, local codes, and company quality standards .
* Follow all safety policies and procedures , including proper use of PPE and tools.
* Work effectively with foremen, project managers, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
* Ability to read and work from prints and layout drawings.
* Must have basic hand tools for the trade and reliable transportation.
* Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding for extended periods.
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Valid driver's license preferred.
* Troubleshoot and correct basic electrical issues during construction.
Requirements
* Osha 10
* 5 years of commercial electrical experience (Commercial).
* Proven experience with:
* * Conduit installation (EMT/Rigid).
* Wire pulling and routing.

* Ability to bend conduit by hand and with mechanical benders.
* Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) .
* * Ability to read and work from prints and layout drawings.

* High school diploma or GED preferred.
