Office Concierge

We are seeking an Office Concierge to support our client, a leading cybersecurity company. Location: Boston, MA. Employment Type: Temporary, ~ 6 months. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
Job Summary: As part of the Global Real Estate & Workplace Services (GREWS) team, the Workplace Services Concierge delivers exceptional hospitality and customer service, ensuring every in-office experience is functional, productive, and memorable.
What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls, greeting guests, notifying employees of arrivals, and routing calls appropriately
Support workplace events, meetings, and employee activities including room setup, catering coordination, and post-event reset
Assist with new hire onboarding including workspace preparation, access credentials, and site orientation
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and uphold security procedures in partnership with Global Physical Security
Manage office supplies, mail, and courier services (FedEx, UPS, etc.), maintaining accurate inventory
Respond to workplace inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
Assist with general office administration including vendor setup, purchase orders, and invoice processing
Serve as the local expert for nearby hotels, restaurants, and area recommendations
Requirements

2+ years of professional experience in office services, concierge, reception, or hospitality
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels of staff
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Flexibility to take on tasks outside standard scope as needed
