Office Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our Colony Square team. The Office Coordinator must be a team player with a positive attitude and demonstrate flexibility in a high business volume environment. The ideal candidate will be able to display strong customer service skills and experience, along with presenting themselves in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience, preferably in property management.
Strong organizational and planning skills required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus.
Ability to competently utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Essential Job Functions
Act in accordance with the organization's policies, goals, objectives and core values.
Assist with Tenant onboarding and Tenant Inspections
Manage MARTA Partnership program
Inputs/verify update tenant service calls into workorder system and ensures requests are handled within a timely manner and billed, if applicable.
Provide front desk coverage through answering main phone lines timely and greeting guests in a professional, courteous manner.
Ensure that tenant contact info and Certificate of Insurance information is always up to date.
Type correspondence, memos, reports
Upload Leases and Amendments
Assist the accounting department by coding vendor invoices and entering Tenant sales figures
Assist the Marketing team with email distribution and tracking invoices
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Ensure office presentation is always professional, including conference rooms.
Develop and maintain positive relations with retailers and vendors with regular check-ins
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
Distribute mail
Ensure that all tasks are performed within established guidelines to exceed expectations for efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
Other responsibilities as requested.

Majority of work time will be spent in an office environment, however, set up and during events, candidate should be able to meet the following physical requirements:
Physical Requirements
Able to lift up to 35 pounds
Standing up to 8 hours a day in an outdoor environment
Walking for up to 8 hours a day
Stooping
Bending up to 4 hours a day
Working outdoors for up to 8 hours a day
Ability to climb ladders and stairs
