We are seeking a diligent and safety-focused Forklift Driver to support our operations within a food-safe facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a sit-down forklift, maintaining cleanliness, and strictly adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols. This role offers an immediate start with a clear transition plan for future shifts.

Forklift Driver Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 19.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 02:30am)
Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently in various departments, performing tasks such as moving, stacking, loading, and unloading materials and finished products. Conduct routine pre-operation checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, in full compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines. Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards applicable to a food-safe environment. Perform other general warehouse duties and assignments as needed to support team operations.
Initial Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM OR 6pm to 2:30am. Our facility is climate-controlled, providing both heating and airflow to ensure a comfortable working environment year-round. This is a food-safe facility, demanding meticulous attention to hygiene and cleanliness from all personnel.
Forklift Driver Qualifications:
Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential for safety and communication.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
Successful completion of a mandatory background check and drug screen.
Demonstrated experience operating a sit-down forklift.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
