Shipping / Receiving Forklift Operator
Company in JTown is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role ensures the accurate and timely movement of raw materials and finished goods. You'll play a key part in receiving, staging, shipping, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. This position primarily supports Shipping and Receiving but may also assist other departments, including Production, as needed.

Shipping / Receiving Forklift Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 20.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm)
Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders
Inspect materials for quality and report any issues
Stage and prepare finished goods for shipment
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand
Inspect trailers before loading and secure shipments properly
Transport and store materials in designated warehouse locations
Complete shipping/receiving paperwork accurately
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Monitor inventory and report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns
Assist Production or other departments as needed
Shipping / Receiving Forklift Operator Qualifications:
Sit Down Forklift experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous shipping and receiving experience
Basic computer skills
Applicant may be subject to a background check
