Sales Support Coordinator (SAP / Order Processing)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to assist the sales team with order entry, material quotes, and shipment tracking. This role is responsible for managing SAP transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting timely delivery of customer orders.
Responsibilities
Enter material quotes and sales orders into SAP
Process sales orders and expedite urgent requests as needed
Track and follow up on orders and shipments
Pull and review order documentation prior to customer delivery
Perform technical data review before releasing paperwork (training provided)
Monitor inventory and stock levels to identify available materials
Print and prepare delivery notes once materials are assigned to bins
Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
Qualifications
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of order processing, inventory, or logistics
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete technical/data review training (AMOC)
Work Environment
Office-based role with frequent computer use. Fast-paced environment with time-sensitive tasks. Collaboration with sales, operations, and inventory teams.
