Already experienced in a veterinary practice? Fantastic, we can't wait to meet you! Have you never worked in a veterinary practice before, but are an experienced receptionist? Not to worry, as we have a robust training program to get you up to speed quickly, but we do require medical/dental front office experience if you do not have veterinary experience.

What You'll Do
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
Check patients in/out and ensure accurate client and patient information
Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
