Front Desk Receptionist
to serve as the first point of contact for Clearwater office. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet visitors and assist customers with general inquiries
Provide basic customer service support and route questions appropriately
Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for basic office tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
Assist office staff with clerical support as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency
Working knowledge of
Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
Prior receptionist or office experience is a plus
