Role Overview

This position is for a Senior Business Analyst responsible for leading the development, evaluation, and implementation of business process initiatives. This role requires a professional with the ability to analyze complex business needs, translate ideas into structured processes, and support the adoption of improved operational practices. The Senior Business Analyst will identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and ensure business processes align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Engage key stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify business needs.
Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership.
Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct business process modeling to support analysis and decision-making.
Maintain accurate documentation for processes, procedures, and workflows.
Support project managers and cross-functional teams in implementing process updates.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Experience:

Candidates must have 10-15 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles, including demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process development and optimization initiatives.

Skills:

Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements documentation.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Developed analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting project managers and working within structured project environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Compensation

The anticipated pay range for this position is $45.00 to $55.00 per hour. The final pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
