Parking Enforcement

Job Summary
This position is responsible for enforcing parking regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws, and providing excellent customer service to the patrons visiting.

20 hours per week

---- Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM ----

Responsibilities
Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance.
Issue citations for violations of parking laws and regulations.
Respond to inquiries from the patrons regarding parking rules and procedures.
Provide assistance to motorists as needed, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, violations, and enforcement activities.
Maintain accurate records of citations issued and follow up on unpaid tickets as required.

while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.

Experience

Strong customer service experience is highly desired.
Prior parking enforcement not required but preferred.
Strong attention to detail required.
