Production Grinder

US Farathane is seeking an experienced Production Grinder for 2nd Shift. Responsibilities include:
Responsible for grinding material for reuse.
Responsible for preventative maintenance on loader system.
Maintain housekeeping in the grinding and central load areas.
Understands and follows lock-out tag-out procedures for equipment.
Maintain organization of the incoming materials in the grinding area.
Back up support to Central Load position.
Maintain identity of product ground by properly labeling ground materials.
Responsible to maintain full containers of ground product pulled by the Material Handlers and replaced with a clean empty gaylord with an appropriately sized liner.
Print labels to identify ground product.
Clean out grinders and filters when appropriate to avoid contamination of materials.
Understands and follows forklift training requirements.
Adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e., Quality Manual, Associate Handbook, etc).
Other job duties may be assigned.

Hand/eye coordination
Lifting (approx. 50 pounds)
Specific vision requirements
Effective communication
Physical Requirements:
Frequently required to stand, walk, or sit.
Regularly required to use hands and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Occasional bending, stooping, and crouching.
Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to focus.
Working Conditions:
The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Employee may be required to work outside for short periods of time.
