District Office Receptionist
The District Office Receptionist provides administrative and secretarial support to all departments. The District Office Receptionist reports to the Administrator for Human Resources. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, proficient skill in English composition, grammar and spelling, and working knowledge of office technologies including phone, fax, scanning, database, word processing, and spreadsheets. Fluency in a second language is preferred. The District Office Receptionist works 8.0 hours per day (7.5 paid hours and 0.5 unpaid lunch). The work year includes 236 days plus 16 paid holidays and 9 unpaid non-attendance days for a total of 252 paid days (1,890 paid hours per year). This is an in-person position Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Board of Education will pay 100% of the premium cost of Employee Only HMO coverage and 60% of the premium for dependent coverage (Family, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Children). The Board of Education will pay 90% of Employee Only PPO Coverage.
