Service Coordinator
Assist with scheduling and dispatching of technicians for service, maintenance or emergency repairs outside the place of business and will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, making sure customer needs are met by creating a customer-to-client atmosphere in all interaction with internal and external customers.
Serve as the initial point of contact for escalated issues; inform manager as needed.
Receive customer service calls, schedule and dispatch technicians to appropriate locations.
Communicate with customers, technicians, coworkers, and supervisors to relay work orders, updates, and service status, and to address questions, problems, or service requests.
Prepare and manage daily work and run schedules; monitor technician locations and utilization to coordinate service.
Identify optimal itineraries based on customer and equipment knowledge; advise technicians of traffic, construction, weather, or other hazards.
Receive, document, and track customer purchase orders; resolve related issues.
Confirm time, verify materials, and submit for billing once matched to biller.
Record customer requests and services performed; manage the unbilled hours report.
Coordinate tools and inventory needed for technicians to complete service orders.
Perform administrative duties, including returning parts for credit and labeling incoming equipment or parts for service and construction departments.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
3+ years of dispatching experience required.

Solid communication skills, both verbally and written
