Job Details:
Provide safe, timely, and luxury-level transportation for residents and guests
Offer concierge-style service throughout scheduled hours, supporting pickups and drop-offs throughout the Chicago Gold Coast
Anticipate needs, give local insights, and deliver elite service
Keep our house car immaculate and ready at all times
Collaborate closely with concierge, valet, and property management teams
Document ride logs and immediately report maintenance or vehicle issues
Deliver a consistent 5-star guest experience with every trip

Requirements:
BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver's License experience.
License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
PROFESSIONALISM: Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
COMPLIANCE: Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record (capable of passing a driving test), and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8-hour shift.
Tolerance for inclement weather.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.
Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Minimum
3 years of continuous valid Driver's License
experience (no suspensions or gaps)
Proven history of professional driving
and customer service (at least 2 years)
Strong knowledge of the Gold Coast area
must navigate without GPS
Clean Motor Vehicle Report:
No major moving violations in the last 3 years
No drug/alcohol-related offenses in the last 3 years
No more than 2 minor moving violations in 3 years
Must pass a criminal background check
Fluent in English; articulate and well-spoken
Clean-cut, professional appearance
Must have reliable transportation
Positive, team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
