About the Project:
• The Content Strategy and Insights Team is seeking a resource to support a specific rights management and tracking project
• In coordination with the licensing and rights management teams, the CS&I team is responsible for tracking budgeting and execution of all licensing deals across Pluto TV and Client
• This includes receiving and tracking deal memos and licensing agreements
• The rights management team is currently working to set up Rightsline for the streaming organization, but the system relies on information provided by the CS&I team
• The current information is disorganized and inconsistent across both Pluto TV and Client
• This resource would be responsible for going through all available licensing agreements from the past few years, properly extracting relevant information, and aggregating in one central, organized place (i.e., Airtable)
• This would serve as the foundation of the information used to populate Rightsline
• The team is looking for someone extremely detail oriented, organized, collaborative, and accountable.
