High school diploma or GED 1+ years of return goods experience Steel-toe shoes Excellent customer service Attention to detail Communication and organizational skills Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of returned merchandise from receipt to final disposition Inspect returned and damaged items to determine eligibility (restock, rework, or scrap) Accurately log returns, update inventory systems, and process credits or chargebacks Coordinate with customer service, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies Ensure proper put-away of returned inventory and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation Communicate with customers regarding return status and expectations Work with vendors to obtain RMAs and follow up on return credits Operate warehouse tools such as pallet jacks and scanners while maintaining a clean, organized workspace Why This Opportunity?
