Inventory Coordinator

Hire Up is looking for a skilled Inventory Coordinator for our client in San Diego!
Schedule: Early Morning Shift | 5:00 AM

1:30 PM
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations with a focus on returned materials, inventory accuracy, and cross-team communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and process returned or damaged items
Determine appropriate disposition of materials (restock, rework, or removal)
Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Communicate with external partners regarding returns and credits
Assist with stock organization, reconciliation, and general warehouse support
Operate basic warehouse equipment and maintain a clean work area
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse, distribution, or inventory experience preferred
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities
