As a Service Advisor you will:
Greet customers and guide them through their service experience with professionalism and care.
Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order.
Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufactures specifications.
Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts.
Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle status.
Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and post visit follow-up.
Build lasting relationships and ensure every customer leaves with a smile!
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for helping people.
Experience in automotive customer service industry (preferred).
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
