Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Receiver to join our warehouse team. The Receiver is responsible for unloading incoming shipments, verifying product counts, inspecting for damages, and organizing inventory accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Receive and unload incoming shipments
Verify product quantity and quality against packing slips and purchase orders
Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies
Sort, label, and organize inventory in designated areas
Update inventory records and report shortages or damages
Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, or forklifts (if certified)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Basic computer and scanner experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
