Now Hiring: Inventory/Logistics Specialist
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting production and warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are properly received, stored, issued, and tracked. This role plays a critical part in keeping daily operations running efficiently while meeting quality and compliance standards.
Location: Sarasota, FL
Schedule: MondayThursday (Overtime available on Fridays, optional)
Pay: Weekly
Work Environment: Climate-controlled facility

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and parts
Accurately record inventory transactions using inventory management systems
Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits
Maintain organized, clearly labeled inventory locations
Issue materials to production and ensure timely availability
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives within inventory and warehouse operations
Communicate effectively with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous inventory, warehouse, or material control experience preferred
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or move throughout the shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
