What We Offer Our Dispatchers:
$20$23/hour based on experience
MondayFriday schedule (7:00 AM
5:00 PM)

What You'll Do as a Dispatcher:
Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians using ServiceTitan
Manage technician routes to maximize efficiency and revenue
Communicate clearly with technicians, CSRs, and customers throughout the day
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
Ensure calls are booked properly, and all job information is accurate
Support the team in hitting daily revenue and performance goals
What We're Looking For in our next Dispatcher:
MUST have experience using ServiceTitan
MUST have prior dispatching experience in an HVAC and/or plumbing company
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable managing multiple technicians and priorities at once
