Front Desk Receptionist
We are currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to support our pediatric patients and families at our Edinburg location. This position is MondayFriday, 40 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, as this role is often the first point of contact for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for all patients and visitors
Manage all front office functions including patient relations, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out
Answer and route phone calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
Complete patient registration and maintain accurate records
Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
Assist in directing patients and visitors efficiently throughout the clinic
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills are required
At least one year of consistent employment at current/most recent position
Two years of receptionist experience preferred
Medical office experience, including insurance verification/authorizations, preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
