Mortgage Loan Collector

Job Title
Maintain delinquent accounts and initiate action necessary to ensure the prompt collection of delinquent mortgage loans using collection guidelines of various investors and/or insurers of the mortgage loan. This position is responsible for initiating repossession of collateral and other legal action required.
Location: 720 Northgate Drive Bossier City, LA 71112
Job Requirements:
Minimum of two years clerical and office experience, preferably in real estate or mortgage lending collections experience training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
General understanding of mortgage loans including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans.
Knowledge of collection procedures and related laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
