Key responsibilities:
Manage and organize inventory to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Receive and unload delivery trucks with care and precision, checking for correct quantities and damaged items
Put away stock in freezers, refrigerators, dry storage, and other designated areas
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing ladders, squatting, and standing for long periods
Rotate stock and ensure all items are stored according to food safety and storage guidelines (FIFO)
Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate needs to management promptly
Support the team with daily stock checks and restocking
Support the team by addressing issues or observations related to the facility or equipment
Skills & qualifications:
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Maintain a valid Driver's License
Motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday morning shifts, Sundays off
No formal education requiredjust a great attitude and a desire to learn
