The primary role and responsibility of the Inventory Specialist will be to process overnight deliveries by verifying the correct items were received, unpacking, stocking, and rotating incoming items according to best practices. May be required to work in other areas of the restaurant as needed. (Training will be provided.) This role works closely with our Operations Leaders to ensure product remains stocked and manage waste. This role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong time management.

Willingly serves with excellence in all areas of the business: dining room, front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen
Exceeds all Food Safety regulations
Adheres to Team Member Handbook policies
Provides REMARKable customer service during all encounters with guests

Goes the Second Mile to serve guests beyond order taking and fulfilling meals
Proactively seeks opportunities to serve, clean, stock, etc.
A desire to genuinely serve others
Strong communication skills

A proven history of being dependable and reliable
The ability to work well in a team environment
Initiative and works quickly and efficiently
