Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving K-6 students for the 2026/27 school year! Provide essential support to a small group of students in an engaging elementary setting near Ronan, MT. You’ll play a pivotal role assisting young learners as they build the vital communication skills they need to thrive. This contract runs from August 31 to June 3, offering a balanced schedule perfect for those seeking flexibility and a focused caseload. Spend approximately half a day each week providing services at one local elementary location, working with five students on your dedicated caseload. Additionally, you’ll devote a full day each week to an assignment at Upper West Shore Elementary, expanding your impact while keeping your weekly hours manageable. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Previous experience working within a school setting, particularly with K-6 students Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for supporting student growth and development
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments Provide targeted therapy, both individual and group, per IEP requirements Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings Adapt therapy techniques to meet students’ individual needs
