What we’re looking for:Active Georgia Physical Therapy license required Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience strongly preferred Ability to manage a 40-hour workweek Comfortable working with a diverse student population from PreK to high school Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Genuine interest in fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment Key responsibilities include:Assessing students’ physical abilities and developing individualized intervention plans Implementing therapy in alignment with IEP goals, and continuously monitoring progress Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs Educating school staff and families on strategies to help students succeed Maintaining accurate and timely documentation according to school and state guidelines Participating in IEP meetings and contributing professional insights to student support plans
