Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract role focuses on providing dedicated, 1:1 care to a student requiring full-time mobility support. You’ll play a meaningful role in helping the student access their environment, improve functional mobility, and participate more fully in daily school activities. This position is based close to Broadway, NC, and is ideal for a skilled PT who values collaboration, communication, and the chance to make a positive impact. In this position, youll deliver targeted 1:1 physical therapy services, focusing on positioning, mobility, and accessibility for a student who uses a wheelchair. The flexible schedule allows you to balance your professional and personal life, with only 30 minutes to 1 hour of therapy needed per week throughout the school year (August 17, 2026, through May 13, 2027). Preference is given to candidates who are able to provide in-person services and value a supportive, communicative school community.
