Key Qualifications:Active North Carolina Physical Therapy (PT) License required Experience delivering PT services in school settings, ideally with pediatric populations Prior 1:1 mobility and positioning support experience preferred Skilled with adaptive equipment and mobility aids Strong interpersonal/communication skills for working collaboratively with staff
Primary Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 physical therapy to a student requiring full-time mobility support Implement evidence-based interventions focused on mobility, positioning, and accessibility Collaborate with teachers, aides, and family to develop and track progress toward IEP goals Conduct regular assessments and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Maintain diligent and timely documentation Communicate effectively with the school team and student’s family
