Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Passionate about supporting students’ communication and learning? This contract opportunity allows speech-language pathologists to make an immediate impact in a variety of educational settings near Norristown, PA. Flexible scheduling is available, with preference for full-time (five days a week) but consideration for those able to work at least two days per week. Enjoy serving diverse student populations across multiple local communities. In this role, you will work with both itinerant students and those in specialized programs, including an Autistic support classroom. Assignments span several communities, creating a dynamic, rewarding work week tailored to your availability. Desired Qualifications:Valid state licensure as an SLP, current ASHA CCC requiredPDE certification (or eligibility), with ability to start promptlyExperience in school-based settings, particularly with students requiring varied levels of supportStrong communication, organization, and collaboration skillsCompassion and flexibility working with a diverse caseload Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations and deliver therapy for students ages preschool through high schoolCollaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student IEP goalsDocument services, progress, and ongoing needs as required by the school and stateProvide direct therapy in classrooms, pull-out, and community-based settings across specified locationsCreate positive, inclusive environments tailored to each student’s needs This flexible, school-based role offers the chance to truly connect with students across Aston, Broomall, and surrounding areas.
