Key Qualifications:Current and unrestricted RN license2+ years of recent experience in an ICU settingAdvanced critical care skills, including proficiency with ventilators, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and emergency interventionsACLS and BLS certification requiredExcellent assessment, communication, and collaborative skillsAbility to remain calm and decisive under pressure Primary Responsibilities:Deliver direct and thorough care to critically ill or injured patients, continuously assessing and monitoring condition changesAdminister medications, manage life-support equipment, and perform complex nursing procedures as orderedCollaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update patient care plansProvide support and education to patients’ families, offering clear communication regarding status and care interventionsAccurately document assessments, treatments, and responses in the electronic medical recordAdhere to infection control protocols and institutional policies to ensure a safe, compliant patient environment This contract position offers exposure to complex clinical cases and opportunities to further develop advanced nursing skills.
