Job Requirements

Minimum 1.5 years of recent ICU experience — ICU RN / critical care experience required
Experience with telemetry required
Active NH RN License or Compact RN License (proof of state residency required)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
CCRN certification preferred
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor and interpret telemetry and vital signs; manage hemodynamic monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists) to develop and implement patient care plans
Perform intensive clinical assessments, administer medications, and manage ventilators as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and support quality improvement initiatives
Adapt to varying patient acuity and isolation needs, maintaining safe patient ratios
