HR Staff
The HR Staff supports the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and benefits administration to managing employee records, payroll support, performance monitoring, and employee relations. The role also ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring: Post job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews; assist onboarding and organize candidate databases.
Employee Records & Admin: Maintain employee data, attendance/leave records; handle filing and support payroll processing.
Duties
Encode and update employee information in HRMIS.
Prepare job descriptions, job posts, and offer letters.
Assist with payroll by managing timekeeping records.
Conduct orientations for new hires.
Keep confidential employee files secure and updated.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience
Willing to start ASAP
