Industrial Warehouse Associate
Location: SE Portland
Pay: $20 / HR to $21 / HR
Job Description:
Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, parts, and finished goods.
They'll also support in inventory handling, material movement, and support production operations as needed. This could be grinding, scarfing, assembly, etc.
Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and inspect for damage
Store materials in designated locations following inventory and organizational procedures
Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and shipment
Label and organize inventory for easy identification and access
Load/unload trucks
Assist with palletizing, packaging, and shipment preparations
Verify outgoing orders for accuracy
Support packaging lists
Assist with cycle counts and inventory activities
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, other material handling equipment
Essential Skills
Previous mfg or warehouse experience is a must
Forklift certification (Company will certify)
Open minded and growth mentality
Clean driving record
Basic math and measurement skills -must be able to read a tape measure
Environment & Shift:
Fabrication shop
Day shift: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
