You'll manage first-tier escalated inquiries, providing empathetic support and working closely with dealership partners to ensure every case reaches a professional resolution.

salary: $20 - $20.5 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management:

Professionally resolve first-level escalated issues with empathy and clarity.

Decision Making:

Research and deliver confident post-warranty resolution decisions.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with dealerships to drive case outcomes and ensure timely follow-ups.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of all interactions within internal CRM systems.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify trends and suggest ways to improve our processes.

Triage:

Effectively escalate complex cases to Tier 2 Advocacy when necessary.
