Technology Coordinator/Delivery Specialist

This role takes place
AFTER
the vehicle has been sold by one of our Sales Consultants.
As a technology specialist (also known as a product or tech demo specialist) you will be responsible to help clients setup their new vehicles, pair devices such as Bluetooth, and help to ensure that they understand how to fully use their new vehicle's features.
Some Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the vehicle's technology features, including infotainment systems, safety systems, navigation, and connectivity options.
Customer Education:
Demonstrate and explain the functionality of these technologies to customers, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
Device Pairing and Setup:
Assist customers with pairing their phones, setting up accounts, and customizing their vehicle's technology settings.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to both Sales and Service Clients and performing troubleshooting for technology-related issues.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve sales goals.
Maintain knowledge of current models:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments in the market.
