Contract Job 12 Month with extenstion
Pay Range: 35/HR - 40/HR
We are looking for an
Energy & Conservation (E&C) Engineer
to support our Demand Side Management (DSM) and energy efficiency programs. The role involves performing engineering analysis, validating customer project submissions, and supporting utility rebate and incentive initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform energy efficiency calculations and savings analysis
Review and validate customer project submissions
Develop baseline vs. proposed energy usage models
Support utility rebate/incentive documentation and approvals
Build and maintain Excel/Python-based engineering tools
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors across HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, and thermal systems
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in energy engineering or DSM programs
Strong knowledge of energy efficiency calculations
Advanced Excel skills (VBA/Python preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Location: Minneapolies, MN & Denver, CO
