Precision Machine Parts Polisher / Technician
to join their high-spec manufacturing team.
Precision Machine Parts Polisher (Medical Devices)
This role is focused on finishing and polishing high-precision machined components to exacting standards within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Polish and finish precision-machined components to tight tolerances
Work with a variety of materials to achieve required surface finishes
Inspect parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
Support continuous improvement in finishing processes
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and documentation in line with regulated manufacturing
Requirements:
Experience polishing or finishing precision components
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work to tight tolerances and surface finish requirements
Experience using hand tools, polishing equipment, and inspection tools
Comfortable working in a high-spec or regulated manufacturing environment
Preferred:
Medical device or aerospace background
Experience working with complex or small components
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO environments
