Position Overview:
We are seeking
Junior Mechanical Engineers
with hands-on exposure to
hydraulic systems and routing
to support ongoing projects for agricultural machinery. This role is execution-focused and involves working closely with internal engineering teams to support updates, analysis, and implementation of hydraulic system changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
root cause analysis
on warranty parts returned from the field
Support
design updates and hydraulic circuit modifications
for existing machines (US & India models)
Assist in
model year updates
for tractor platforms
Work on
routing of hydraulic components
including hoses, tubes, and fittings
Update
engineering drawings, PDFs, and part numbers
in internal systems
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support
component-level changes
(motors, pumps, etc.)
Ensure proper documentation and release of updated components
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or related field
0–3 years of experience in mechanical or hydraulic systems
Basic understanding of
hydraulic circuits and components
Exposure to
routing (hoses/tubes/fittings)
Experience with
engineering drawings and documentation updates
Familiarity with CAD tools (Creo preferred, but not mandatory)
