MUST HAVES
Strong customer service skills with courteous, professional demeanor
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience using ERP, LMS, ticketing systems, or similar software platforms
Proficient 10‑finger touch typing (minimum 65 WPM with high accuracy)
Ability to multi‑task, learn new processes, and meet productivity expectations
Willingness to work any schedule required to support business needs, including overtime
DAY‑TO‑DAY / RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Service Representative supports FANUC Academy training operations by providing front‑line customer service for students, visitors, and internal stakeholders.
Customer & Front Desk Support
Greet and direct customers and visitors entering the building
Support kiosk check‑in process and badge creation
Maintain and monitor badge access system
Support visitors with the online gift shop
Customer Service & Order Processing
Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails
Advise customers on available training courses
Determine customer needs and define training requirements
Quote training classes and pricing
Enter, confirm, and manage training orders
Process student enrollments, cancellations, and date changes
Follow up on orders, purchase order validation, invoicing issues, and resolution
Systems, Coordination & Logistics
Support customers navigating the LMS system and troubleshoot issues
Utilize ERP, LMS, and ticketing systems daily
Track incoming and outgoing packages and mail from lobby desk
Assist Facilities with on‑site vendor coordination
Partner with Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
