Customer Service Representative
Best Value Technology, Inc. (BVTI), a service‑disabled veteran‑owned small business, is seeking a qualified professional with strong multitasking abilities and a welcoming demeanor to support our front office operations for our federal client within the Intelligence Community.
Clearance Requirement
U.S. Citizenship required to comply with the government contract.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors with courtesy and professionalism, collecting necessary details for security verification and badge processing.
Oversee front desk tasks, including updating visitor logs and distributing facility badges.
Serve as the point of contact among internal teams to ensure efficient office operations.
Handle client and visitor concerns, escalating them to appropriate staff.
Continuously monitor all entry and exit points via the security system to uphold facility safety.
Respond to phone calls and direct them to relevant departments; promptly take and relay messages.
Safeguard sensitive information and documents by maintaining confidentiality.
Participate in special projects and provide administrative support to bring them to completion.
Required Qualifications
Dedicated to outstanding customer service.
Skilled at coordinating tasks and monitoring project progress.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
Eager to further professional growth.
Desired Qualifications
Graphic design expertise.
Experience in an office environment.

Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Salary
