Front Desk Coordinator
We are currently seeking candidates for a Front Desk Coordinator at a telecommunications co. with a location in Cary, NC, 27511.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years (including internships) of administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role.
This is a temporary role (est. 6 months with an opportunity for extension).
Hourly Pay Rate: Between $21.00-$24.00 per hour (based on relative work experience).
3 Days per week - 9 AM EST-3 PM EST (on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Starts May 12, 2026.
Responsibilities
Administrative support and client service for the assigned team
Manage e-mail correspondence
Document scanning and filing
Answer and direct incoming calls
Greet and direct visitors
Set up conference calls
Assist in day-to-day operations
Assist in projects
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in fast paced administrative support role
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
A team player with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Thoroughness, attention to detail, and accuracy
