They're now hiring a
Senior Frontend Engineer
to lead a full
web rewrite of their highest-traffic user journeys .
This is a
Senior role with clear Staff-level scope
- ideal for someone who wants ownership and influence without waiting years for the title.
What you'll own
Leading the rebuild of key surfaces (search + booking flows)
Driving improvements across
performance, SEO, and conversion
Defining frontend architecture and reusable patterns in
Next.js
Partnering closely with product/design on large initiatives
Raising the bar through
code quality, standards, and mentorship
Improving developer experience (testing, tooling, observability)
Tech
Next.js • React • TypeScript • Tailwind
Playwright • Datadog
Backend: Rails / Node / AWS
What they're looking for
5+ years building
production web applications
Strong
React + Next.js
experience (SSR / modern architecture)
Experience leading
large-scale rewrites or migrations
Strong product sense (performance, UX, conversion)
Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact projects
