Low Voltage BIM Operator REMOTE

This is a remote opportunity. You must have 4–5 years of Revit experience and low voltage systems, with emphasis on audio‑visual.

Job Summary:
The BIM Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of BIM projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Take a project from start to finish, including system design, modeling, and coordination.

Oversee and track installation progress in accordance with the model and deliver a full as‑built documentation.

Meet with clients (existing and potential), contractors, and other project staff.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Salary range: Min USD 20,000 / yr, Max USD 30,000 / yr.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4–5 years of Revit experience and low voltage systems, with a focus on audio‑visual.

At least one year of professional experience as a BIM coordinator, detailer, or modeler.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; Visio and Navisworks experience is a plus.

Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents with a high degree of accuracy.

Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Physical ability to work at heights, off ladders, and in confined spaces.

High‑school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Must meet company minimum driving standards.

Capable of developing and implementing project process improvements.
