Member Service Representative (Account Services)
Start date: May 26, 2026
Training Schedule: 5/26 - 7/2, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
ONSITE days of training: 6/30 - 7/2
Flex shifts available after training: Monday - Saturday (Sunday off and 1 rotating day off during the week), 1:30pm - 11:00pm, 2:00pm - 11:30pm
Pay: $19.50/hour
Location: Remote – must live within 60 miles of Jacksonville, FL 32246
Internet Requirements
Cable or fiber optic internet
Direct access to plug into router
T Mobile and other wireless providers are NOT compatible
Must have a distraction free work environment
Job Description
Answer 80-100 inbound calls a day
Ensure account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets and account information
Take back-to-back inbound calls, sit at a desk, work on a computer, navigate two monitors and several programs
Advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Call center or customer service experience
Able to navigate multiple systems
High school diploma required
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $19.50 - $19.50/hr
