Overview

Apex Systems is seeking a

Certified Epic Cheers Consultant

with strong

campaign build and execution experience

to support CRM, patient engagement, and outreach initiatives within Epic. This consultant will partner with operational and IT stakeholders to design, build, and optimize Epic Cheers campaigns that support access, growth, and patient experience goals.

Responsibilities
Serve as the

Epic Cheers (CRM) subject matter expert , with a focus on

campaign configuration and execution
Design, build, test, and support

Epic Cheers campaigns

(preventive care, screening, access, or service line outreach)
Perform

workflow analysis

and translate business requirements into Epic Cheers build
Configure and maintain

campaign rules, profiles, workqueues, scripts, contact types, and decision trees
Collaborate with call center, marketing, clinical, and IT teams to ensure campaigns align with operational goals
Support

unit testing, integrated testing, and golive activities , including postgolive optimization
Develop and maintain

build documentation and tip sheets
Work crossfunctionally with integrated Epic teams (e.g., Cadence, MyChart, Prelude, CTI, Reporting) as needed
Required Qualifications

Active Epic Cheers Certification

(no lapse)
Proven

handson Epic Cheers campaign experience
Experience supporting

Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimizations
Strong understanding of

CRM, patient engagement, and call center workflows
Ability to work independently in a

consulting or projectbased environment
Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience
Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing

new or replacement CRM campaigns
Additional Epic certifications or experience (MyChart, Cadence, Prelude, CTI, Reporting)
Prior healthcare consulting experience
