Consultant (Web and Digital Interface Designer)

Key Responsibilities
Provide services as a user research specialist to design digital user interfaces for clients.
Communicate with product stakeholders to create an appropriate research plan and translate product requirements and business goals into research questions.
Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
Conduct analysis using advanced statistical models.
Create visualization of research results.
Use principles of statistics, multivariate analysis, psychology, and applied testing.
Use R for data analysis and Qualtrics as a survey tool.
Will provide services to clients located throughout the US.
Will be assigned to unanticipated client sites located throughout the US and subject to travel/relocation.
Requirements
Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
User Experience, Psychology, or directly related and 2 years of experience in the skill sets and tasks listed in the job description.
Will also accept a MS in Computer Science or Engineering, User Experience, Psychology, or directly related.
No exp. required but, must have grad level coursework covering statistical methods, applied psychology, multivariate analysis, and applied testing.
Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
