Summary of the Role

Join a global Raw Materials and Device (RMD) Supply Chain team at a big biopharma leader, supporting the network-wide raw material inventory strategy and analytics. This role is responsible for enhancing and monitoring RMD KPIs, driving supply planning cycles, supporting cross-functional projects, and providing key insights to senior leadership. The position requires frequent collaboration across various supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and process development functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in SAP ERP, rapid response with raw material planning, and advanced data analytics.
Key Responsibilities

Lead raw material inventory strategy and analytics across the supply chain network
Enhance and monitor RMD KPIs to support sustainable supply and supplier relationships
Drive and facilitate forums and leadership decision-making on materials impacting supply allocations
Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
Develop and maintain system-based analytics for raw material master data and supply forecasting
Collaborate with procurement, external supply, manufacturing, quality, and process development teams
Manage inventory health and oversee dashboards for scrap and target inventory across the network
Document issues, decisions, and action items from team meetings and project sessions
Support capacity projects, scrap reduction efforts, and supply chain sustainability initiatives
Facilitate workshops, kaizen events, and provide project support for the Director of Supply Chain
Required Experience & Skills

Strong technical and business understanding of SAP ERP and rapid response in raw material planning
Expertise in Supply Chain & Operations processes
Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, and Databricks
Demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional supply chain projects
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-domain teams
Preferred Qualifications

Previous or current experience as a Supply Chain Manager
Experience supporting global supply chain teams in a regulated industry
Top 3 Must Have Skills

1. Demonstrated experience in SAP and RapidResponse ERP environments
2. Experience with Smartsheet, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks
3. Ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple team members
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Perform network-wide raw material inventory assessments using designated tools
Partner with RMD Category leads, procurement, and external supply to develop sourcing and inventory strategies
Oversee inventory health, manage dashboards, and coordinate collaboration for accurate planning
Enhance analytic capabilities for forecasting, signaling, and supply planning
Support ongoing and new projects related to supply visibility, capacity, and sustainability
Document and track progress of functional and project teams
Lead or facilitate improvement workshops and process optimization events
Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree
Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
