Job Details
What You'll Be Doing:

Lead monthly financial reporting and clearly communicate results to senior leadership

Analyze financial performance and help drive strategies that support business goals

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations for the division

Manage and mentor a team of 3 AP accountants

Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process

Prepare and present division budgets and forecasts to the executive team

Partner closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project budgets and cost control

Prepare monthly journal entries and ensure accurate financial records

Support corporate initiatives, including internal and external audits

Maintain the integrity, security, and confidentiality of financial data

Travel to job sites as needed and support ad-hoc projects as they arise

Requirements

Construction or Manufacturing industry Experience

SAP

Previous supervisory/leadership experience
