Global Pricing Performance Manager (Individual Contributor)
We are seeking a data-driven Pricing Performance Manager to drive insight and impact across a global, multi-billion-dollar pricing organization. In this role, you will analyze deal performance, revenue and margin outcomes, win/loss trends, and operational metrics to influence pricing strategy and improve business performance at scale.
As a key partner to both the Operations & Transformation team and cross-functional business leaders, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance deal quality, optimize pricing decisions, and support ongoing transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do
Analyze deal performance (revenue, margin, discounting) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Deliver insights that improve pricing effectiveness, deal quality, and overall profitability
Lead win/loss analysis to uncover pricing drivers and recommend strategic adjustments
Monitor and enhance operational metrics (e.g., cycle time, approval efficiency, pricing accuracy)
Partner with Operations & Transformation to support process improvement and tool enhancements
Direct the build of dashboards, models, and executive-ready reporting to enable data-driven decisions. The Central Data Insights team will build and provide data needed.
Influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Pricing in a global, matrixed environment
What You Bring
58+ years of experience in pricing, deal desk, revenue operations, finance, or analytics
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in large, complex datasets
Experience supporting commercial or pricing functions in a global organization (technology industry preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); SQL a plus
Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision-making without direct authority
Salary:
The pay range for this role is $137,450 to $202,450 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
